when it comes to returns, refunds, and exchanges, and reflects our obligations under the Australian
Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Australian Consumer Law gives you automatic guarantees that apply to everything we sell. These rights exist regardless of any policy we set, and cannot be excluded or limited.
You are entitled to a remedy if a product:
• is faulty, damaged, or doesn't work as expected
• is not fit for the purpose it was sold for
• doesn't match the description or images shown on our site
• is not of acceptable quality
Depending on the nature of the problem, your remedy may be a repair, replacement, or refund. For major failures, you have the right to choose which remedy applies.
Change of mind
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please take care to read product descriptions and specifications before ordering. If you have any questions before you buy, reach out and we're happy to help.
How to request a return or refund
If you believe your product is faulty or doesn't meet our description, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

When you get in touch, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging if relevant
We'll respond within 2 business days and work with you to find the right resolution.
Return shipping
If a product needs to be returned due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We'll provide you with return instructions once your claim is reviewed. For any returns we approve, please don't send items back without first hearing from us. This helps us process things quickly and avoid any mix-ups.
Dropship fulfilment
Our products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers. This means your order ships from the supplier's warehouse, not from us directly. This doesn't affect your rights under this policy. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll manage the resolution with our supplier on your behalf.
Refund processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
