We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. This policy explains how your order is processed and what you can expect when it comes to delivery.

How we fulfil orders Common Goods Co. works directly with Australian suppliers to get the right products to your door. Depending on your order, you may receive separate deliveries from different suppliers. We will always let you know if this applies to your order.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate notification with tracking information once it has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. As a general guide:

  • Metro areas (major cities): 3 to 7 business days
  • Regional areas: 5 to 10 business days
  • Remote areas: 7 to 14 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Australian freight industry is currently experiencing elevated fuel surcharges and carrier demand, which may affect delivery timeframes. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Any applicable threshold will be shown at checkout.

Tracking your order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your parcel through the carrier's tracking system. If you have not received a tracking notification within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Delays and issues in transit If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate with the supplier and carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier. We will always do our best to follow up on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Incorrect delivery addresses Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been sent to our supplier. Additional charges may apply if re-delivery is required due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

PO Boxes and parcel lockers Some of our products may be too large to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. If this applies to your order, we will get in touch to confirm an alternative delivery address.
