1. Our products
We sell emergency preparedness products for everyday Australians, including items such as emergency radios, first aid kits, water storage solutions, power banks, thermal blankets, document wallets, and multi-tools. We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may exist between what is shown on our site and the physical product. If you're unsure about a product before purchasing, please contact us.
2. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We will confirm your order by email once payment has been processed.
By using this site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Common Goods Co. is not currently registered for GST, which means GST is not charged on purchases. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you to discuss your options before proceeding.
4. Fulfilment and delivery
Orders are fulfilled through a dropship model, meaning products are shipped directly from our suppliers to your delivery address. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, estimated delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at
commongoodsco.au@gmail.com. We'll do our best to cancel it before it is dispatched. Once an order has been sent to the supplier for fulfilment, we may not be able to cancel it.
6. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Common Goods Co.'s liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our products or website. Emergency preparedness products are intended as supplementary tools. We do not warrant that any product will be suitable for every emergency scenario. Always follow official guidance from emergency services and government authorities.
